Turkey Taco Tuesday

Tonight was the first night we made a "home cooked" meal.  Nothing fancy, however, very delicious.  Tonight was Turkey Taco Tuesday at our home!!

I enjoyed using our gas stove top and finally preparing a home cooked meal.  We're both over eating out and were looking forward to tonight's meal.  After all, five out of the past six nights dinners were take-out or at a restaurant.  The one meal that wasn't, was a much enjoyed BBQ at a friends for a party Sunday.  Dinner cooked at home tonight though was much needed.  And after all those meals out, a menu is planned out for more home cooked goodness the rest of this week.
