We received this cookbook from my friend Kasey for our wedding. I used to use it a few times a month and already have my favorite recipes marked that I had tried. However now that I work from home, I don't have to spend 30-45 minutes in traffic like I did before in Arizona so I spend that time trying new recipes and cooking dinner for Jeff & I on a regular basis. I am on cloud 9. It's so nice to be able to do this on a regular basis and have dinner ready at a decent time. And the new recipes I've been trying are turning out awesome. With tonight's dinner (still in process) I took out my camera and started taking photos. I'll post soon on tonight's dinner and cooking adventures going forward.

If you aren't familiar with, or don't own the above cookbook, I highly suggest you pick it up. It's AMAZING.
